Project Overview

The goal of this project is to optimize the sales funnel for a retail company by identifying drop-off points, analyzing turnaround time (TAT) bottlenecks, and evaluating customer sentiment (NPS) across four major store locations (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai).

Key Insights & Impact

Data Engineering: Cleaned raw data using Python (Pandas) and Google Sheets. Metrics: Categorized Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and calculated stage-to-stage conversion rates. Optimization: Identified turnaround time (TAT) bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
